2021/2022 renovated 70sqm holiday flat in the attic (2nd floor) of a detached house.
The holiday flat has an open living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and an induction hob (basic equipment such as salt, pepper, filter bags available). Equipped with a large bedroom with double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, a TV and WLAN. The outside staircase has an integrated small balcony with a cosy bench.
A private parking space is available directly at the house.
